Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets; pat dry.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cauliflower on baking sheet and roast 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over cauliflower and roast 5–10 more minutes until melted and golden.
- Garnish with parsley or chives and serve hot.
Notes
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness; do not overcrowd pan.
