Main Ingredients
  • 1 large cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • to taste fresh parsley or chives optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets; pat dry.
  3. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread cauliflower on baking sheet and roast 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over cauliflower and roast 5–10 more minutes until melted and golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley or chives and serve hot.

Notes

Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness; do not overcrowd pan.
