  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken and sear briefly in a skillet.
  3. Mix cheeses, garlic, spinach, and artichokes.
  4. Place chicken in baking dish and top with mixture.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh spinach and do not skip searing the chicken.
