Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add water and oil to form dough.
- Knead dough until smooth and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough, flatten, and fill with cheese.
- Seal into balls and let rest 15 minutes.
- Brush with garlic butter and bake at 350°F for 15–18 minutes.
- Brush again with garlic butter and serve warm.
