- Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt.
- Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
- Cover dough and let rise until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cherry filling, and chocolate chips over dough.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in greased baking dish and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk glaze ingredients together and drizzle over warm rolls.

For extra flavor, add almond extract to the glaze or sprinkle toasted almonds over the finished sweet rolls.
