- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter until softened.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Mix soups, sour cream, chicken broth, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Fold in cooked chicken, vegetables, spaghetti, and part of the cheese.
- Transfer mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

This casserole freezes well and can be assembled ahead of time for easy weeknight dinners.
