Ingredients
  

Stir Fry
  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced

Equipment

  • Wok or skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Marinate beef briefly with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Blanch broccoli and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry beef quickly and remove.
  4. Make sauce and combine beef and broccoli.
