Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
Assembly
  • 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bread ciabatta or sourdough
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp butter for grilling

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with oil and spices.
  2. Cook chicken until fully done and slice.
  3. Mix chipotle sauce with mayonnaise.
  4. Spread sauce on bread slices.
  5. Layer chicken and mozzarella on bread.
  6. Close sandwich and butter outside.
  7. Grill until golden and cheese melts.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Add vegetables like tomatoes or arugula for freshness and texture.
