- Add chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, vinegar, lime juice, honey, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

- Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, honey, or lime juice.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Shake well before serving.
