Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll puff pastry slightly thinner on a floured surface.
- Brush pastry with melted butter.
- Sprinkle sugar and mini chocolate chips evenly.
- Roll pastry tightly into a log.
- Cut the log lengthwise to expose layers.
- Twist each strip and roll into spiral shapes.
- Place spirals into muffin tin cavities.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best flaky texture. You can also fill baked cruffins with Nutella or pastry cream.
