Ingredients
  

Cruffin Base
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.33 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional
  • powdered sugar for dusting

  • Rolling Pin
  • Knife
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and brush with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips evenly.
  4. Roll into a tight log and slice lengthwise.
  5. Twist each piece and shape into spirals.
  6. Place into muffin tin and bake 18-22 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Best served warm. Try adding Nutella or fruit fillings for variation.
