Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Ganache
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
Topping
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries sliced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
  5. Bake 28-32 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. Prepare ganache and spread over brownies.
  7. Top with strawberries and chill before slicing.

Notes

Keep refrigerated due to fresh strawberries.
