Brownie Batter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
Center
  • 12 chocolate squares

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate, then mix with sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, then dry ingredients.
  4. Fill cups halfway, add chocolate center, cover with batter.
  5. Bake until edges set but centers remain soft.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain gooey center.
