Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon Swirl
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Mix into batter.
  4. Prepare cinnamon swirl.
  5. Cook pancakes and swirl cinnamon mixture.
  6. Flip and cook thoroughly.
  7. Prepare glaze.
  8. Serve with glaze.

Notes

Cook on medium heat to avoid burning the cinnamon swirl. Serve warm for best flavor.
