- Slice bananas evenly into thin rounds.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Lightly coat banana slices with melted oil if using.
- Sprinkle banana slices with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool completely before serving for maximum crispness.
Notes
