Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe but firm
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted, optional

  • Mixing bowl
  • Sharp knife
  • Cooling rack

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas evenly into thin rounds.
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Lightly coat banana slices with melted oil if using.
  4. Sprinkle banana slices with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Cool completely before serving for maximum crispness.

Notes

Chips will crisp more as they cool. Store in an airtight container.
