- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into wet ingredients.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
- Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly on top.
- Bake 25–28 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep blondies soft. Optional mix-ins can include nuts or chocolate chips.
