Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk mixture.
- Pour into pan and bake 50–60 minutes.
- Brush warm loaf with melted butter.
- Coat generously with cinnamon sugar.
