- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Thaw and drain spinach; chop artichoke hearts.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in spinach and artichokes until evenly mixed.
- Spread mixture in baking dish; sprinkle remaining mozzarella and paprika on top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
Drain vegetables well to avoid watery dip. Add cayenne for heat if desired.
