Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Thaw and drain spinach; chop artichoke hearts.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic until smooth.
  4. Stir in Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in spinach and artichokes until evenly mixed.
  6. Spread mixture in baking dish; sprinkle remaining mozzarella and paprika on top.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

Drain vegetables well to avoid watery dip. Add cayenne for heat if desired.
