  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil divided
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Coat sliced beef with cornstarch.
  2. Sear beef in hot oil until browned, then remove.
  3. Stir-fry peppers and onion until crisp-tender.
  4. Add garlic and ginger; cook briefly.
  5. Return beef and add sauce mixture.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens and coats ingredients.
  7. Garnish and serve hot.
