Ingredients
  

Bliss Ball Base
  • 1 cup dried mango chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Rolling
  • 0.33 cup shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Pulse dried mango in food processor.
  2. Add coconut and almond flour and blend.
  3. Add coconut oil, sweetener, and vanilla.
  4. Blend until mixture sticks together.
  5. Roll into balls and coat with coconut.
  6. Chill before serving.

Notes

Adjust texture with coconut milk if mixture is dry. Store chilled for best texture.
