Ingredients
  

Chickpeas
  • 2 cans chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 0.75 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp tandoori spice blend

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine chickpeas with garlic and spices.
  3. Cover mostly with olive oil.
  4. Bake 45–60 minutes.
  5. Finish with lemon and cilantro.

Notes

Adjust spice level to preference.
