Ingredients
  

Pasta & Steak
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
Cowboy Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Skillet
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and sear steak, then rest and slice.
  3. Prepare cowboy butter sauce in skillet.
  4. Toss pasta with sauce and top with steak.

Notes

Use pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
