Method
- Activate yeast in warm milk, water, and sugar.
- Mix flour, salt, yeast mixture, and butter to form dough.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Stretch dough into greased pan and rise again.
- Dimple dough and add jam.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 22–25 minutes.
- Brush with butter and dust with powdered sugar.
