Ingredients
  

Soup Base
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili oil optional
Add-ins
  • 12-15 frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth and water, bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil.
  5. Add frozen potstickers and simmer until cooked.
  6. Add spinach and carrots, cook until tender.
  7. Season to taste and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Customize with proteins or extra vegetables. Best served fresh for optimal dumpling texture.
