Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells

Equipment

  • Large pot

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente.
  2. Sauté shrimp with garlic briefly.
  3. Mix filling ingredients and stuff shells.
  4. Bake with sauce at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp before baking.
