Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 20 mushrooms stems removed
Crab Filling
  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove mushroom stems and sauté until tender.
  3. Mix cream cheese, mayo, cheese, seasoning, and lemon juice.
  4. Fold in crab meat and vegetables gently.
  5. Stuff mushroom caps with crab mixture.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Use lump crab meat for best texture and flavor. Serve warm.
