Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 3 cups pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed or shredded
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta, drain, and cool completely.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add pasta and toss to coat.
  4. Stir in bacon, cheese, and green onions.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, chill before serving. Add chicken for a heartier version.
