Method
- Chop cranberries and allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
- In a medium bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese and feta, whip until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup and gently fold in until incorporated.
- Stir in chopped cranberries, reserving some for garnish.
- Gradually add olive oil and whip again until silky.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with cranberries and thyme, serve with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
Can be made a day ahead and stored in refrigerator.
