- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season salmon with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side. Flake into chunks.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté onion until soft.
- Add garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer gently for several minutes.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and half the mozzarella cheese.
- Mix pasta and salmon into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, and bake 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lemon zest or crispy bacon. Best served warm with garlic bread or salad.
