Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Cream Sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.75 cup banana peppers sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden, then remove.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter.
  3. Add broth and cream, simmer.
  4. Stir in parmesan and banana peppers.
