- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk in flour.
- Slowly whisk in milk and heavy cream until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix in buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and seasonings until creamy.
- Fold cooked macaroni and shredded chicken into the sauce.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
Add crispy bacon, blue cheese crumbles, or breadcrumbs for extra flavor and texture. Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 4 days.
