Ingredients
  

Pasta & Shrimp
  • 300 g pasta
  • 400 g shrimp peeled
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Skillet
  • Mixing spoon
  • Colander

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and cook shrimp until pink.
  3. Remove shrimp and sauté garlic in butter.
  4. Add cream and cheese to make sauce.
  5. Return shrimp and add pasta.
  6. Mix well and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level based on Cajun seasoning used.
