Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Ramen
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs halved
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a large pot and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, sesame oil, and parmesan cheese.
  6. Cook ramen noodles directly in the broth until tender.
  7. Divide ramen into bowls and top with sliced chicken, eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra spice, drizzle with chili oil before serving.
