Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 500 g beef steak cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Mashed Potatoes
  • 4 potatoes peeled
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup cream

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender and mash with butter and cream.
  2. Season steak and sear in hot skillet.
  3. Remove steak and cook garlic in butter.
  4. Return steak and coat with sauce.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes.

Use ribeye for best flavor.
