Ingredients
  

Lasagna Roll-Ups
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2 eggs
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and cool.
  2. Mix chicken, cheeses, eggs and seasonings.
  3. Prepare garlic parmesan sauce.
  4. Spread filling on noodles and roll tightly.
  5. Place in baking dish and cover with sauce.
  6. Top with cheese and bake until golden.
  7. Rest before serving and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken works wonderfully for a faster version.
