- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and cool.
- Mix chicken, cheeses, eggs and seasonings.
- Prepare garlic parmesan sauce.
- Spread filling on noodles and roll tightly.
- Place in baking dish and cover with sauce.
- Top with cheese and bake until golden.
- Rest before serving and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken works wonderfully for a faster version.
