Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Main Dish
  • 16 oz gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add gnocchi and cook until tender, about 4–5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Best served fresh; sauce thickens as it cools.
