Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Pasta
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear steak in hot skillet until desired doneness and let rest before slicing.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
  6. Whisk parmesan cheese into the sauce until smooth.
  7. Add pasta to the sauce and toss until coated.
  8. Top pasta with sliced steak and garnish before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan cheese for the smoothest sauce. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
