Ingredients
  

Gnocchi Dish
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.75 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until floating. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Stir in cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
  7. Remove from heat and fold in feta cheese. Season to taste.

Notes

Add feta off heat to preserve texture and flavor.
