- Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until floating. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
- Remove from heat and fold in feta cheese. Season to taste.

Add feta off heat to preserve texture and flavor.
