Method
- Heat oil and cook sausage until browned.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in broth and bring to simmer.
- Add gnocchi and cook until tender.
- Stir in cream and seasoning.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season and stir in Parmesan.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Do not overcook gnocchi. Add extra broth when reheating if needed.
