  • 1 lb beef thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook beef in skillet until browned.
  2. Remove and sauté vegetables.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and melt.
  5. Add heavy cream and mix.
  6. Return beef and combine.
  7. Top with cheese and melt.
  8. Season and serve hot.

Notes

For best flavor, use ribeye or sirloin. Keep heat moderate to avoid overcooking beef.
