Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season steak and sear in hot skillet until browned.
  2. Remove steak and cook mushrooms and garlic in butter.
  3. Deglaze pan with broth and add cream.
  4. Stir in parmesan and simmer until thickened.
  5. Return steak to skillet and coat with sauce.
