- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil in skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and simmer briefly.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, and thyme. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
