  • 2 chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup pesto
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Add cream and pesto, simmer gently.
  5. Stir in parmesan until melted.
  6. Combine gnocchi with sauce and serve.

Notes

Use fresh pesto for best flavor and add spinach or mushrooms for variation.
