Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 0.75 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 sage leaves

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Fry sage in butter until crisp.
  3. Add garlic and pumpkin purée to skillet.
  4. Stir in cream and season.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.

Notes

Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
