Salmon Pasta
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 salmon fillets skin removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and cook salmon until flaky.
  3. Prepare cream sauce with garlic and cheese.
  4. Combine pasta, salmon, and sauce.
