  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken in oil until golden, then set aside.
  3. Cook garlic, then add spinach and artichokes.
  4. Add cream cheese, cream, and broth, stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in parmesan and seasoning, simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken and cook until fully done.
