Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic 1–2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in cream, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan until smooth.
- Mix pasta into sauce. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Garnish with fresh parsley.
