  • 1.5 cups parmesan cheese freshly grated preferred
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Prepare and season chicken, then cook until golden.
  3. Make Alfredo sauce with garlic, cream, and parmesan.
  4. Combine pasta, chicken, and sun-dried tomatoes in sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake until golden.

Notes

For best texture, slightly undercook pasta before baking.
