  • 4 russet potatoes washed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and pat dry.
  3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve hot and crispy.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack placed over the baking sheet.
