Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry at 350°F until golden and crispy.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
  4. Toss chicken in sauce and serve immediately.
