Ingredients
  

Flatbreads
  • 2 flatbreads or naan breads
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and place on baking sheet.
  3. Toss shredded chicken with half the barbecue sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Spread remaining barbecue sauce over flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce.
  6. Top with barbecue chicken, bacon, and sliced onions.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges become crispy.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and drizzle with extra barbecue sauce or ranch before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake directly on a pizza stone or preheated baking sheet. Add jalapeños for spicy heat.
